Frosted Flavors is a business project led by youth from Seine Bight, a Garifuna village located a few minutes south of Sirenian Bay & Inky’s on the Placencia Peninsula.

These students participate in free leadership classes led by Sirenian Bay & Inky’s owner, Brian Montgomery. As part of the class, they are learning entrepreneurial skills.

The students are operating Frosted Flavors, a snow cone truck, on the weekends. They are responsible for the business decisions, from the name to pricing to deciding how to reinvest the profits into the business. They’ve added a shaded seating area, increased flavors, and created this marketing video.
