In this tasting, experience the distinct fragrances of four wines that showcase the grapes used in production and the wine making methodology chosen.

And no, you don’t just get to smell the wines!

Start with a light, fresh Sauvignon Blanc that highlights the tropical fruit and herbaceousness of this grape. Next enjoy the unique aroma found in the German Riesling grape – so distinct that it will come as no surprise that this is one of the few wine types that will stand up to the strong flavors of East Indian and Chinese food.

Move on to red wines with a California Pinot Noir made in the French style that serves to showcase the bright, fruit flavors of this grape. Finally, experience a big, bold, California Cabernet Sauvignon. Here, the art of winemaking and the resulting multi-layered bouquet is showcased using a wine that is complex to make and will return complex flavors to you, the drinker.
